Purpose of the processing

The data collected is used by MyTroc only to the extent necessary for the proper provision of the ASSET REPURPOSE Service, used for asset repurposing associated with the Hinkley Point C (“HPC”) Project.

Personal data is collected as part of the processing of a professional exchange platform for employees to find and repurpose professional equipment, for the following purposes:

• Managing, validating, publishing, and tracking the user’s ad
• Sending information about changes or updates to our services
• Managing the exercise of your rights over your personal data
• The collection of statistical information on user service usage

The personal data collected consists of:

• Name
• Contact details

The data is kept for 24 months, or according to the applicable legal and/or tax period (invoice, accounting documents, etc.)

Location of data processing

The processing of collected data and the storage of personal data take place in France.

Data recipients

Some of the personal data collected by MyTroc may be transmitted to subcontractors in order to assist MyTroc in carrying out its activities.

They are also contractually obligated to protect them and use them only for the purposes for which they were provided and in accordance with this Charter.

Data retention period

MyTroc ensures the confidentiality, integrity and security of the data entrusted to it by implementing appropriate organizational and technical measures, as well as enhanced IT protection.

Data transmission is protected by a secure channel using the SSL security protocol.

MyTroc employees are subject to strict confidentiality regarding members’ personal data.

Right to rectification, portability, and erasure

In accordance with personal data regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, erase, port and limit your data, which you can exercise by email to: mes-donnees@mytroc.pro, providing proof of your identity.
